now, when XY compensation with negative value is assigned, the brim can be
generated correctly (Studio-2222). In addition, one can add brim to a model whose
first layer is empty while second layer is not empty (studio-1286).

A bottome surface is detected as stBottom only if:
1. has support, top z distance=0 (soluble material), auto support
2. for normal(auto), bridge_no_support is off
3. for tree(auto), interface top layers=0, max bridge length=0, support_critical_regions_only=false (only in this way the bridge is fully supported)
Note:
Since now the surface type depends on more parameters, changing them will trigger re-slicing and making the whole process slower.

Arranging multi-color objects with disabled
multi_materials_on_same_plate option was not currect.
Previously we only consider the first extruder id for multi-color
objects. Now we consider all extruders.

In generate_contact_points, the rotated_dims don't actually generate a
Point, but generate an abstract expression that holds a reference to
bounding_box_size. Unfortunately, this goes wrong because bounding_box_size
ages out instantly; GCC's Address Sanitizer complains that this is a
"stack-use-after-scope" issue.
Interestingly, the Eigen documentation says that this is a known problem
with using C++11 "auto" to generate matrices (which a Point is)! It is
buried here: https://eigen.tuxfamily.org/dox/TopicPitfalls.html
This is probably an extremely theoretical correctness improvement, and also
an extremely theoretical performance improvement. But it is an improvement
nonetheless, and, more importantly, it enables me to continue to run the
slicer with Address Sanitizer turned on to find other potential issues.
So tree supports won't go outside the bed.
Known issue:
1. moving won't trigger support re-calculating, so if you want to
clip the supports in a different way after moving, you need to change
the support settings (eg change threshold angle to 31 degrees).
2. clipping with the occlusion region is not complete, and an error
message of "outside toolpath" will still be popped because we use
convex hull to detection confliction.

Using layer z to calculate total layer number is not
precision, because for some models with sharp top
layer, the top layer may be empty.
Check the final layer change in final gcode file.

For pa-cf, the default setting of cooling is
forcing cooling for all outer wall.
And internal tester found that the slowing down by
layer time does not work for outer wall under
this situation.
This is fix for this issue.

When fuzzy skin is used, it's unmeaning to calculate
the overhang degree of extrusion line, because there
are a lot of random fuzzy point which change the line.
Disable in this case. This can also speed slicing up
when fuzzy skin is used.

Brim will be croped to ensure it does not exceed the bed area. However,

Add loop inside sparse infill of lower layer

For PA-cf material, forcing cooling for all outer
wall and using lower fan speed for infill and inner
wall can get more high strength.
Add this cooling strategy.
When set overhang fan threshold to be 0%, then bridge
and all outer wall will be force to cool with
the overhang fan speed.

In some complicated cases or irregular shape, the direction
of external bridge is not good when calculated automaticlly.
So user may use modifier to change bridge direction.

We discover a good quaility interface can help remove support. When
enabling interface, directly generating circles from overhang polygons
gives fairly good quality.

The first layer order should be outer wall first,
when the object indeed has brim.
So must regenerate wall when switch to manual brim.

This may cause tall objects be printed before short ones. There are two
possible solutions:
1. do strict ordering only when y-overlap is large enough (the one
chosen in this commit)
2. when considering vertical collision with rod, the actual expansion
can be much smaller (because the rod is only slightly off extruder).
But this solution requires an extra parameter. Let's hold it for a
while.

1. Previous logic can't guarantee left-to-right printing order, so
toolhead may crash on the right side. In the new algorithm printing
order is guaranteed.
2. Clearance radius should be the max of 3 directions (left, bottom,
up), not including right, otherwise collision may happen on bottom or
up directions.
3. Add is_extrusion_cali_object property to handle extrusion brim
overlap better.

This is a bug when printing multi filament
When the filament changing is finished before printing
first layer, the temperature should be resumed to be
initial layer nozzle temperature as well.

support_floor_layers_above is not properly set,
so adjust_layer_height() fails to detect extremes,
and then deletes the middle layers.
Also reduce max_bridge_length to 10mm.

During filament changing, additional cooling fan may
be closed to reduce strings. Force to resume after
changing filament.
This logic is same with part cooling fan.

Too large margin for bridge will cause overflow for
shell model. But too small margin for top/bottom will
cause infill area discontinuous.
Using different margin for top/bottom and bridge to
make a balance.

When the model has no overhang, user may disable overhang
slowing down.
In this case, it's unnecessary to calculate overhang
degree which make slicing slow when model is complex.
This is improvement for github issue #331.

1. hybrid(auto) on_buildplate_only option not working correctly because
parent is not set.
2. tree(auto) on_buildplate_only not working correctly because unsupported
branch isn't deleted completely. I add child to track the dangling nodes
and then delete nodes with no child.

When this option enabled, only generate supports for sharp tail, cantilever,
thin pillar (not well supported). So holes are safe from unnessary supports.
Currently only works for tree supports, will need to copied to normal
supports if it works fine.
